In this document the customer is referred to as “you” or “your” and Washtech Limited as “we” ”our” or “us”. It is also read subject to our standard Terms and Conditions of Supply (washtech.co.nz/pages/terms-of-supply)
Other than as expressly provided below or otherwise agreed in writing the warranties below are the only warranties or guarantees that will apply to any supply of Starline or Fisher products or related services.
If you wish to make a warranty claim register your information below so that we can assist you promptly in future with service, parts and information. Model and serial number information are located on the lower right of the front of your dishwasher.
Warranties applying:
From the 31st of March 2025 Starline products come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. For more information on our warranty policy, click here. For machines purchased prior to this date a 12-month warranty applies. Fisher products come with a limited 12-month parts-only warranty. For more information on this, click here.
All Starline and Fisher spare parts come with a 3-month warranty parts-only warranty.
