• This policy applies whenever a person supplies or authorises the supply of their personal information to Washtech, whether through this website or otherwise (including indirectly/ from third parties).
• This information may be supplied in connection with an enquiry, in connection with a product or service promotion, in connection with the provision of credit, or otherwise in connection with commercial dealings.
• Each person so supplying, or authorising the supply of, personal information authorises Washtech to hold deal with and process the information for so long as it deems necessary for its commercial purposes.
• Washtech is authorsied to use personal information so held for any other lawful purpose connected to any supply or prospective supply of goods or services.
• Personal information will be held online within a Washtech controlled server based at or controlled by in its head office.
• If Washtech holds personal information its owner may at any time apply to have the information checked, corrected, or deleted and may also request not to be sent information about products or services. To do any of these things they should send an email to webmaster@washtech.co.nz.
