    HEAVY-DUTY CONSTRUCTION

    CDe240 is constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel, and uses heavy-duty stainless steel componentry throughout the system. The dual-track stainless steel pawl drive enables smooth conveyor operation, and electromechanical controls and high performance pumps deliver superior reliability and longevity.

    CDe240’s wide counterbalanced doors, open pawl drive architecture and easy-to-remove wash arm cassettes simplify cleaning and maintenance procedures. The functional design ethos embodied in Washtech’s common conveyor platform delivers a highly serviceable system to ensure maximum uptime.

    CLASS-LEADING EFFICIENCY

    CDe240 includes an integrated heat recovery unit, which condenses steam emissions to recirculate heat energy through incoming rinse water. This reduces the power required to heat water for the final rinse stage by up to 60% compared to CD240. CDe240 also includes a 3-stage EcoRinse system that reduces total rinse water and consumables consumption by up to 33% compared to CD240.

    FUNCTIONAL MODERN FEATURES

    Automatic start/stop conserves power and water when no items are passing through the dishwasher. Dual-speed control enables operators to switch between two custom speed presets on-the-fly. Full thermal and acoustic insulation reduces steam, ambient noise and heat.
