Terms and Conditions for Returns

• These terms are to be read in conjunction with our Terms of Trade. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions for Returns, you are also reiterating your acknowledgement of the Terms of Trade that applied to your purchase of goods.
• If you wish to return any goods, they must be accompanied by a Washtech Return Material Authorisation.
• You must request an RMA within seven days for any goods damaged in transit.
• If you wish to return any goods that were incorrectly sent or faulty, you must request an RMA within 14 days. All returns will be assessed upon return, and a restocking fee of at least 15% of the purchase price will apply if no fault or error is found.
• If you wish to return any item that was incorrectly ordered or is no longer required, you must request an RMA within 14 days. A restocking fee of at least 15% of the purchase price will apply unless otherwise agreed by Washtech.
